I bring over 30 years of experience in the health and care system to help develop and deliver strategies which have real impact. With a deep knowledge of both the national policy landscape and of local health and care systems, I can support people and organisations in understanding the context in which they operate, framing stretching and realistic objectives and putting in place the culture, systems and processes which will enable them to be achieved.

I’m particularly interested in working on developing effective partnerships within organisations and across systems, including partnerships between the NHS and local authorities, the VCSE and the independent sector, and the ways in which public bodies build relationships with the populations they serve.
